IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING YOUR BOOKING
We have tried to avoid this as long as possible, as you will have been inundated with Corona Virus emails and messages, however due to Government advice today, now is time to publicly state what our stance is, to give you re-assurance, and so you know where we stand regarding Covid-19.
It has now reached the stage sadly where there is a real threat of Weddings not being able to go ahead as planned.
As per our ‘normal situation’ t&cs our deposits are non-refundable. Your final balance is due 14 days before your Wedding. If cancelled lesser than 28 days before your Wedding, payment is due in full.
However in light of the virus outbreak, we are offering customers free postponements of their date to a new date. This is subject to availability of our services. If we are not available we will refund you in full (minus transaction costs)
For cancellations, the deposit will remain non-refundable, however we will waive our 28 day lock on your event so no further monies will be due.
The Government is now advising that any non essential gatherings do not go ahead. If we reach a point where our safety is a concern then we may reach the decision that we can’t fulfil contracts. In this scenario all monies will be returned for dates that we are unable to honour. We hope this will never be the case, but we may struggle to supply due to illness.
